Good luck I went to Bark Camp yesterday with my brother-in-law. I caught 2 bass half pound to a pound. We were out on the boat and by the time we came off the water we couldn't feel our hands or feet.

Neoprene waders are where its at, but I don't end up using them too often in Stony. I try and land properly on rocks, and not get above my boots too often. It doesn't always work though.

I don't bother going wading till it warms up enough and then I don't care just wear shorts and old pair of sneakers and feel good in the cool water.

I think it was the last year of the traditional trout season on Little Stony. I had on rubber hip boots. I spent about 45 minutes in the water and was on the cusp of frostbite in my toes.

If I'm near water this time of the year, I'll have my neoprene on.

If I go this time of year I stick to the bank and don't bother to wade. I know it makes the fishing harder but that's the way if goes.
